Why did you choose this area of study?
I liked the applications it had in diagnostics and medical devices, and I would like to work in these fields in the future.
What are your plans after graduation?
Not sure yet!
Why did you choose CWRU?
I really liked it when I visited. Everyone was really nice! I also liked the small school feel and the BME program.
What was your favorite class? And why?
I would say I really liked EBME 320 (Biomedical Imaging). The content was super interesting (we learned about different imaging modalities like MRI and X-ray) and I liked having discussions about the problems in class. I learned a lot and it made me want to work in an imaging-related field in the future.
What's your favorite thing about CWRU or your favorite memory?
One of the things I love about CWRU is how friendly and collaborative everyone is. People are always really friendly in classes and are happy to help out with class-related questions or otherwise. It's a really great learning environment overall!
What's a piece of advice/encouragement you'd like to share with CSE students?
Keep an open mind when trying new things, and try a lot of new things!
